The third quarter of 2025 has been a dynamic period for tycoon games on iOS in the United Arab Emirates. Here's a look at the performance of the top five games in this category, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Township from Playrix saw a consistent rise in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $31.5K in early September. Downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 3.9K mid-September, while active users decreased from around 31.5K to 24.3K by the end of the quarter.

Hay Day by Supercell experienced fluctuations in revenue, with a notable increase to $16.4K at the end of September. Weekly downloads started strong at 1.4K but dropped to around 600 by the end of the period. Active users, however, showed a positive trend, rising to 5.1K.
